RECRON Terms and Conditions Holiday Accommodation ENG
By accepting the general terms and conditions, you agree to both the campsite rules of our campsite and the RECRON terms and conditions. These can be found above.
In addition to this and highlighted separately:
Camping pitch:
Are you booking a pitch for your tent? If so, you can park your camping equipment and car here. Would you like to bring an additional tent? This is permitted, provided it is no larger than 4 m². Please ensure that everything fits on your pitch. Otherwise, you can choose to park your car in the general car park.
Tourist stay:
You are more than welcome to spend your holiday with us! You can come with your own camping equipment or rent accommodation at the campsite. As we are a campsite, we only welcome guests who are here for a holiday. If you are looking for temporary accommodation or a place to stay for work in the area, please look elsewhere. If so, please look elsewhere.
Visitors:
Visitors are very welcome at the campsite (free of charge). Please register visitors in advance at reception. Please note! Visitors are not allowed to swim.
As the person being visited, you are responsible for passing on this information.
Visitors must be registered and entered in the campsite's night register. There is a charge for this.
Packages:
Packages are subject to a maximum kWh consumption limit. Information about the costs of additional consumption is available from reception. This maximum is indicated on the booking confirmation. Water at the pitch is included in the package.
Pets:
Dogs are welcome at the campsite. However, they must be registered in advance.
They must always be kept on a lead at the campsite (except on your rented pitch). There is a dog walking area opposite the campsite where dogs are allowed to run around freely. You can use the dog shower with your campsite payment card.

Booking conditions
You can find the applicable booking conditions on the Recron website and in your booking request and confirmation.
The payment terms are stated in the confirmation of your booking. These amounts must be paid by the stated deadline. If this is not the case, a payment reminder will be sent. If payment is not received within seven days, a further payment reminder will be sent. If payment has still not been made after the second reminder, Camping de Pallegarste may cancel the reservation. This does not cancel the payment obligation.
Cancellation insurance
You can choose to participate in our cancellation fund. No full refund will be given in the event of cancellation or early departure. The cancellation fund amounts to 5.5% of the total accommodation costs, with a minimum contribution of €20.00. A separate cancellation fund must be taken out for each reserved camping pitch/accommodation. Participation in the cancellation fund protects you against costs that may arise in various circumstances, provided you can provide an official statement to support your claim, e.g. a letter from an independent doctor. You can cancel via the cancellation fund in the event of:
- Death, sudden illness or accident of the main person or one of the participants;
- Premature termination of your holiday due to the death of a first-degree relative of the main person or one of the participants;
- Necessary relocation of the main person due to medical reasons, renovation or a change in work environment; Involuntary unemployment of the main person.
- If you cut your holiday short, cancellation occurs when you vacate the premises or leave your accommodation permanently. The cancellation fund does not apply in the event of flu, bad weather, or being unable to take time off work.
Cancellation insurance must be added during the booking process or within 24 hours of reservation confirmation to be valid. It is not possible to add it 24 hours after confirmation of the reservation.
If you cancel without insurance, you must pay us compensation, which will be deducted from the amount already paid. The compensation (excluding administration costs of € 9.00 and reservation costs) amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price for cancellations more than three months before the start date;
- For cancellations between three and two months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price.
- 75% of the agreed price for cancellations between two and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price for cancellations within one month before the start date;
- For cancellations on the start date: 100% of the agreed price.
Possible nuisances in nature
Sometimes, natural phenomena can cause inconvenience in the area, such as oak processionary caterpillars and wasps. We do our best to minimise this, but we cannot completely prevent nuisances from occurring. We are therefore not liable for any inconvenience caused. However, rest assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and relaxing as possible!
In the event of non-payment
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive up to three payment instalment reminders. If you fail to make a payment, you will receive a maximum of two payment reminders by email. Please note that these may end up in your junk mail folder. After the second reminder, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Once cancellation has been initiated, we reserve the right to immediately re-rent the location/accommodation online.
Please note that this does not cancel your payment obligation.
