Welcome to our children's campsite!
Are you looking for a cosy children's campsite in Overijssel where your kids can have fun all day long? Look no further than the Pallegarste children's campsite in Hardenberg! As well as a large central playground, the campsite has playgrounds at the camping pitches. The campsite's swimming pool complex with three pools, a family slide and a water playground is the highlight!
Various play equipment and play facilities (such as trampolines and table tennis tables) are spread across the campsite, and De Pallegarste also has a real petting zoo! Below is a brief overview of everything your child(ren) can experience at the Pallegarste campsite in Overijssel.

Entertainment at Camping de Pallegarste!
The entertainment team at Camping de Pallegarste ensures that children can enjoy themselves all day long! Pallie (our mascot) and the enthusiastic team at Camping de Pallegarste start organising activities at Easter and are then present every weekend and during all school holidays. During the summer holidays, the campsite offers entertainment seven days a week, with at least five activities per day.
As well as theatre, sports activities and treasure hunts, the entertainment team organises larger events such as Hawaiian parties, obstacle courses, colour runs and playback shows. Pallie will also be present at campsite activities on a regular basis, giving children the opportunity to meet Camping de Pallegarste's mascot.
There are also several play areas scattered throughout the children's campsite in Overijssel, equipped with a table tennis table, hammocks, a trampoline and various climbing frames. In addition to the catering facilities, there is a huge playground which is due to be completely renovated in 2024! Here, you will find a huge play structure with high towers, multiple slides and plenty of climbing and scrambling activities. There will also be a large family swing, trampolines, and an air trampoline. It will also be a true play paradise for families with younger children! There will be a separate area for the little ones with a playhouse and slide, a covered play area and water play. What child wouldn't be happy there? They can go to the “big” part of the new playground through a tunnel, among other things!
From the campsite terrace, you can see this huge playground, the swimming pool and the indoor playground.
Are you coming camping? Various play equipment is spread across the grounds of Camping de Pallegarste. This means that there is a good chance you can book a pitch with a view of a playground. Would you rather rent accommodation? From June 2024, you can rent one of the new lofts located next to the new mega playground! However, staying in a glamping lodge at our children's campsite is a great experience for all ages!

The most luxurious camping pitches at Pallegarste are equipped with private sanitary facilities, including a dishwasher and refrigerator. All camping pitches with luxurious private sanitary facilities have a view of either the playground or the fishing pond.
Private sanitary facilities are available on your chosen comfort camping pitch or on site!
Children's campsite with private sanitary facilities. De Pallegarste children's campsite has private bathrooms in our luxury sanitary building. You can book a private bathroom alongside a camping pitch of your choice. You will then receive a key to your private bathroom, where you can leave your belongings. The private bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and storage space.
Would you prefer private sanitary facilities on your own comfort camping pitch? That is also possible! Our children's campsite, De Pallegarste, also has private sanitary units on the pitches. Camping pitches P7 to P16 have their own private sanitary facilities. P7 to P10 and P14 to P16 have a view of the playground. This is ideal if you are camping with children and want a private bathroom.
Pitches P11 and P12 are located in our well-known 'lane', where you can enjoy a slightly more secluded camping experience.

If you do not have your own camping equipment but would still like to enjoy the campsite in May, we offer various options for renting a cottage.
