Annual camping pitch
Does that sound appealing to you? Then choose an annual pitch at the campsite in Overijssel. You can do so with your own chalet (no older than 2 years) or a new chalet. We currently have a number of pitches available for mobile homes, where it is possible to place a new (Imcar) mobile home.
Advantages of an annual pitch with a mobile home:
- Subletting (recreational only) possible from April to October
- Free use of the swimming pool, entertainment and fishing pond
- Grand Café open every weekend and during holidays (except Christmas holidays)
- Spacious pitches with 16 amp electricity and all facilities within walking distance
Buying a chalet/mobile home
Don't have a chalet/mobile home yet? We work together with ImCar Chalets en Stacaravans. ImCar is the company to go to for purchasing a (new) chalet/mobile home. They offer both second-hand and new chalets/mobile homes. You can even have your mobile home customised to your liking. Thanks to our collaboration with ImCar, there are also chalets/mobile homes on the campsite, so you can come and take a look.
Annual pitch at Overijssel campsite 2026
A year-round pitch at the campsite in 2026 runs from 20 March 2026 to 26 October 2026.
The cost of an annual pitch for 2026 is: €2,925.00
This includes
- 100 kWh electricity
- 5 m³ water
- cable television
- 10 Amp connection
Additional costs (optional) are:
- commuter tax Hardenberg € 250.00 (2025)
- additional electricity consumption € 0.75 per kWh
- additional water consumption € 4.40 per m³
- standing charge for 16 Amp connection € 40.00
- cable internet € 115.00

No, the annual pitch campsite is open from the weekend before Easter until the autumn half-term holiday.
